A medium is someone who can communicate with people who have passed on — but not in a dramatic or mysterious way.
For me, being a medium means acting as a bridge between this world and the next. I receive messages, emotions, and impressions from Spirit and share them with you — clearly, honestly, and without any tools or theatrics. I don’t “summon” anyone. I don’t use tarot, I simply tune in and listen.
Messages might come from family, friends, or even spirit guides. Sometimes it’s emotional. Sometimes it’s funny. Spirit knows what you need — I just deliver it in a safe, private space.
Q: How do your sessions work?
A: We connect online via video or in person, and I tune directly into Spirit to bring through messages from your loved ones and your spirit guides. My mediumship sessions rely on pure connection and guidance. I do not use Tarot.
Q: How long is a session?
A: Readings typically last about 45–60 minutes, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. Each reading is unique, allowing us enough time to connect, share messages, and answer your questions.
Q: What kind of questions can I ask?
A: Most people inquire about their loved ones who’ve passed and whether they are with us. If you have specific questions, feel free to bring them, but remember, Spirit leads the way.
Q: What if I don’t believe in this stuff?
A: That’s totally okay! I’m here to provide a supportive space for anyone curious or skeptical. Many clients seek closure or peace, even if they’re unsure. The messages from our mediumship sessions speak for themselves, and I am not here to convince you or change your beliefs.
Q: Do you predict the future?
A: No. My goal is to offer clarity, healing, and spiritual guidance—not fortune telling or winning lottery numbers. I'd be rich I that were the case.
Q: What should I expect to feel?
A: Sessions can bring comfort, peace, and sometimes emotional release. You might laugh, cry, or just feel lighter. Everyone’s experience is unique—and it’s all okay. Kristyn will support you through the experience.
Q: What happens in a group reading?
A: It begins naturally, sharing messages as they come — no formal start, just a gentle flow of conversation with loved ones who’ve passed. Not everyone may receive a long message, though many find meaning in what’s shared with others.
For a more personal, focused experience, a one-on-one session is always recommended.
Q: What if I don't get any messages in a group reading?
A: Group readings don’t guarantee that spirit will connect with everyone present. Sometimes the connection comes through strongly for a few individuals, and not for others.. Spirit communication is unpredictable, and it depends on many factors like the energy in the room, the medium’s connection, and the spirits themselves. It’s all part of the nature of mediumship.
Q: Can there be alcohol at a group reading?
A: This is your home, I cannot tell you what to do, however while having a gathering can have alcohol involved, we ask that it be kept to a minimum. If the group becomes intoxicated and loud, the reading cannot continue.

Q: How much are the readings?
A: Private readings are $130 for 1 hour. $200 for 90 mins. Group Readings vary due to number of people in attendance.
Q: Do you accept cash?
A: Short answer, yes! However, when booking for an appointment at Natura, a $50 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. For Virtual readings, payment is expected in full when booking. Cash and Venmo are excepted. No Checks or Credit Cards.

Refunds
Due to the personal and energetic nature of mediumship sessions and intuitive readings, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each session is uniquely tailored to you and your connection with Spirit, making the service non-transferable. Late arrival to a reading will result in a shorter time to connect, anything past 10 minutes late without communication can result in a cancellation of session. Appointments are booked in hour slots and there may be someone after you.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a new time that works for both of us. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be honored, but please reach out so we can work it out.
Missed Sessions & No-Shows
If you miss your session without prior notice, the session fee for your intuitive readings will be forfeited. Please communicate as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Group Readings
Group readings are a great way for family and friends to gather and receive messages from loved ones. However, excessive drinking that causes any disruption will result in the ending of the session without refund. This should be a positive, uplifting experience.
Recording Policy
For the integrity and privacy of our session, audio or video recording is not permitted without prior written consent. This policy helps protect the confidentiality of the connection during our intuitive readings and ensures a focused, respectful environment for all involved in the mediumship sessions. If you wish to take notes during the session for your spiritual guidance, you are welcome to do so.
While my mediumship sessions can offer comfort and connection with loved ones who have passed, they are not a substitute for professional health care. If you are experiencing uncontrolled or overwhelming grief, it's important to seek immediate help from qualified professionals such as therapists, counselors, support groups, or, in an emergency, call 911. Remember, intuitive readings and spiritual guidance can complement your healing journey, but they should not replace necessary mental health support.

All information shared during your intuitive readings, group or private is confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission, except where required by law.
No Guarantees
While I am committed to providing accurate and heartfelt messages from Spirit during your reading, results and experiences may vary. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Respect and Conduct
Sessions are a safe space for healing and exploration. Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward me, Spirit or the space in which the reading is taking place will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.
Use of Information
The guidance and messages provided during your reading, are for your personal use only. Sharing or distributing session content without permission is prohibited.

Behavior including but not limited to verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or disrespect toward me or the spiritual process — will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, I reserve the right to immediately end the session without refund.
